Spaces

    What is Spaces?

Spaces is part of Freepik’s AI Suite, offering a collaborative and customizable canvas for image generation and editing. It allows you to:

    • Generate images from text prompts
    • Remix existing visuals
    • Share creations with others
    • Explore different creative pathways

Think of it as your personal design lab powered by AI.

Where can I find Spaces in the AI Suite?

In the AI Suite’s left-hand menu, open the All tools tab. You’ll find Spaces listed there.

    What are nodes?

Nodes are the building blocks of a workflow. Each node performs a specific task, such as uploading an image, generating content, or processing media. This way of working is commonly known as a node-based workflow.

What types of nodes are available?

    • Upload Node – Import images or videos from your desktop.
    • Text Node – Write prompts, notes, or team comments.
    • Assistant Node – Use AI to expand ideas, generate text, or transform prompts.
    • Image Generator – Turn text or references into visuals using AI models.
    • Video Generator – Create videos from prompts or images.
    • Image Upscaler – Enhance resolution using Magnific technology (Creative and Precision modes).

Can I share or export my creations?

Yes! Spaces supports direct sharing with collaborators. You can either copy the link to your Space or invite other users. You can also select whether your invited collaborators can edit or only view the Space.

Can multiple people edit a workflow simultaneously?

Yes. Shared collaborators appear with colorful cursors that show their activity in real time.

    Who can use Spaces?

All registered users can use Spaces.

Free users can have up to three Spaces and use the AI tools included in the free plan.

For users with a paid plan, nodes usage is based on credits. You can find more information about credits consumption in this article.

Users with a Premium+ or Pro plan enjoy unlimited usage of the nodes, except for some tools and models. See more info here.
