Password recovery

If you have lost/forgotten your password, you can select the option “I can’t remember my password” from the login screen and then enter your email address (remember that it must be the one linked to the Freepik account you have registered in the system) and you will receive an automatic email with the instructions to create a new password. You can also request it from this link.

In case you have issues with this option. Please contact us from the email address linked to your account and we will manually create a temporary password to get your access back.
