Manage members of your team
As the team admin, you have full control over managing the members of your purchased seats. You can manage all seats and members of your team directly from the Team manager.
To access the team manager:
- Log in to your Freepik account.
- Go to My subscription section.
- Look for the Manage your team option.
- Done! There you can manage all available actions for your team.
How can my team members join and access their accounts?
For your team members to access their accounts, they must be registered users on Freepik. To enable them to access and start using our tools, they just need to follow these steps:
- Go to Manage your team —> Pending —> click on the three dots (⋮)
- Enter the email address of the member you want to invite and send the invitation.
- They will receive an email with instructions to register and activate their account in a few steps.
- Done! They can now access the platform and enjoy all the benefits of Freepik Teams.
If a member encounters any error while accessing through the initial link, don't worry. You can easily resend it from your team management panel using the resend invite action that appears when expanding the menu of more actions for each member.
Can I add more people to my Teams Plan later?
Yes, you can expand your team anytime by buying more seats. Just go to your owner profile and click on Add members. Enter the new email address you want to invite and proceed to checkout.
The new seat will be added to your billing cycle, will have the same renewal date as the rest of the seats, and you will be charged the proportional part for it.
How can I replace members of my team?
You can replace members assigned to a purchased seat following these steps:
- Log in to your Freepik account.
- Go to My subscription section.
- Look for the Manage your team option.
- Locate the member you wish to replace.
- Click on the three dots (⋮) next to their email —> Replace member.
- Enter the email address of the new member, click on Replace member and send the invitation.
It's currently not possible to remove seats from your Freepik Teams plan. You also cannot receive refunds for specific seats already purchased. Also, please bear in mind that Teams's owners are not allowed to transfer their seat or modify the email address associated with the subscription.
