How can I reset my devices?

If you don't use your account in more than 3 devices, and you believe no one else has accessed your account, but your downloads are still locked due to device limit, you can reset your devices doing the following steps: Click on the "trash" icon and then on the "Save" button below.

Deactivate all the devices, confirm the devices closure in the email you receive and you should be able to download again.
