Can I upgrade my plan?

Have your credits on Freepik run out? No problem, you can easily switch to a higher plan from the Subscription section in your account.

When you select a new plan, it will activate instantly, and any remaining credits from your previous plan will seamlessly roll over to the upgraded one.

The billing date restarts on the day you change your plan. As the upgrade provides additional credits, a refund of the previous plan is not applicable.

Can I switch to a lower plan?

If you're looking to switch to a lower plan, simply navigate to the Subscription page. There, you'll find the Change Plan option. Select it to choose your new desired plan. The adjustment to your subscription will become effective at the start of your next billing cycle. Please note that any unused credits will not carry over, at the start of your new plan you will be allocated a new batch of credits corresponding to the new plan you choose.
