What log in/sign up methods offers Freepik?

You can create an account with your email address and a password or using Google or Apple log in/sign up.

If you create the account with email and password, you will be able to change those any time from your profile page.

If you create the account using Google or Apple sign up and afterwards you need to generate a password or change the email address, please contact us, add all the information and ask our AI-powered assistant to create a case for the support team. You can also send us an email to support@freepik.com.

What about Facebook Sign up/Log in option?

We have discontinued the Facebook sign up method. If you created your account with Facebook sign up, please go to the log in page, click on ''Continue with email'' and then on ''I forgot my password''.

You will receive a link to create a password and you will be able to log in with your email address and that password. Make sure you enter the same email address you use for your Facebook account.

If the email address you use for Facebook is a Gmail address, you can simply log in by clicking on ''Continue with Google''.
