Digital Services Act

In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 October 2022 on a Single Market for Digital Services and amending Directive 2000/31/EC ("Digital Services Act" - "DSA"), on this page you will find Freepik Company's required disclosures under Article 24.

We may provide translations of this page into various languages merely for informative purposes. However, the English version is the only legally binding version. In the event of any discrepancy between the English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.

According to Article 24 (2) of DSA, providers of online platforms are required to publish information on the average monthly active recipients of the service in the European Union ("EU") every six months starting from February 17, 2023.

The estimated average number of monthly active recipients of Freepik Company (including all its web projects) in the EU based on the 6-month period ending on January 31, 2024, is 3,530,531. We will update this information at least once every 6 months in accordance with Article 24(2) DSA.

This information is being provided solely for purposes of complying with Article 24(2) of DSA. Therefore, the methods used for calculating the monthly active recipients of the service pursuant to Article 24(2) of the DSA do not needly correspond with the Company's methods used to calculate other metrics.
