How do credits work?
Do I have to use credits to download stock content?
No, credits are not used for downloading stock content. There is a separate download limit for stock content, which is set at 100 downloads per billing cycle for Premium, Premium+ or Pro subscribers.
Can I distribute my credits in the different tools I need?
Yes, you receive a certain number of credits with your subscription, which can be distributed across different tools as needed. This flexible system allows you to allocate their resources in a way that best suits your workflow.
When do credits reset?
Credits are reset at the beginning of each billing cycle. This ensures that you start each new cycle with their full allocation of credits, ready to tackle your projects.
Will unused credits roll over to the next month?

What happens if I run out of credits?

What are the different types of credits and their corresponding expiry dates?
We offer 3 types of credits:
- Plan credits: These are the credits that are allocated with a subscription. They reset at the start of every billing cycle, that is, they don't roll over to the next billing cycle. These are used first.
- Roll-over credits: These are any remaining credits you had when upgrading. They are available until the end of the current billing cycle. They can only be used while there's an active subscription and are consumed after plan credits.
- Extra credits: Available in packs. They can only be used while there's an active subscription and are only consumed after plan and rollover credits have been used up. There's an option to automatically refill them. You can check more information about extra credits in this article.
