Who Enterprise is for

Enterprise is designed for organizations that need more scale, control, and security than the Business plan provides. It is ideal for large creative teams, marketing departments, agencies, and any organization managing 30 or more users that requires centralized administration, compliance certifications, and dedicated support.

Typical Enterprise customers include media companies, global marketing teams, technology firms, and agencies that want to integrate AI creative tools into their workflows at scale.

Key features

Unlimited users

There is no cap on the number of users. Add as many people as your organization needs. You pay based on credit usage, not on user count.

Usage-based credits

Enterprise uses a flexible, credit-based system. You purchase a credit package upfront, and credits are consumed when team members generate AI content or download premium resources. Admins can set credit caps per user, monitor consumption, and limit access to specific tools.

Full AI suite access

All users get access to the complete Freepik AI suite: image generation, video generation, audio tools, image and video editing, Spaces, and all current and future AI models. Admins can restrict access to specific tools from the Enterprise dashboard if needed.

Advanced admin controls

Manage users, roles, permissions, credit limits, and tool access from a single dashboard. Usage reports are available by user, group, and project, with CSV export. See the Enterprise admin guide for full details.

Custom SSO

Enterprise includes custom SAML 2.0 SSO with support for multiple identity providers (Microsoft Entra, Google Workspace, Okta, and others), multiple domains, and configurable enforcement modes. See the Enterprise SSO guide for setup instructions.

Legal indemnification

Enterprise customers receive legal protection against third-party IP claims for both stock content and AI-generated outputs, as long as content is used in accordance with the agreement terms. See Enterprise content and legal for details and exclusions.

Content ownership

Under the Enterprise Master Services Agreement (MSA), you own all rights to the Output generated by Freepik's AI tools based on your Input. You can use, modify, and commercialize your content. Freepik does not use your Input or Output to train or fine-tune AI models.

Dedicated support

Enterprise customers get priority support for technical issues and platform guidance. Additional consulting hours or specialized services can be added through Freepik Studios packages.

Business vs Enterprise

Credits and AI tools

Enterprise uses the same credit system as all Freepik plans. Credits are consumed when users generate images, videos, audio, or use other AI-powered tools. The key differences for Enterprise are:

• Custom credit packages — your credit allocation is negotiated as part of your contract, based on your organization's expected usage.
• No per-user allocation — credits are managed at the organization level. Admins control distribution through per-user caps.
• 24 parallel fast generations per user (vs 8 on Business).
• Tool-level access control — admins can enable or disable specific AI tools for the entire organization or individual users.

Security and compliance

Enterprise is built to meet the security and compliance requirements of large organizations:

• GDPR compliant — full compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
• ISO/IEC 27001 certified — information security management system certification.
• ISO 22301 certified — business continuity management system certification.
• SOC 2 Type I — independent audit of security controls.
• No data training — Freepik does not use your Input or Output to train or fine-tune AI models.
• Custom SSO — SAML 2.0 with configurable enforcement modes (RestrictedActive or Strict).

Freepik Studios

Freepik Studios is an in-house, AI-first creative studio exclusively available to Enterprise customers. The Studios team can produce tailored, high-impact content for your brand, including:

• Custom onboarding and training sessions (delivered in 2-hour blocks, adapted to different roles or departments).
• Brand alignment and workflow optimization.
• Ongoing strategic support and consulting.
• Tailored content production using Freepik's AI tools.

Studios is available as an add-on to the Enterprise plan. Ask your account manager for details.
