Engineer turned founder of an AI startup, now VP focused on AI at Freepik. I started in research at CERN, led engineering teams in NYC, and founded two startups. The first one was several consumer apps 500k monthly active users. Due to the high support volumes, we spinoff Reply.ai, a startup to automate support with AI, acquired by Kustomer in 2020. Kustomer was acquired by Meta in 2022 for $1B.
