Artist draws the entire alphabet after finding inspiration in flowers and animals

Valerie Hugo is a French illustrator and designer who specialized in wall painting and silkscreen printing. She designed an entire alphabet inspired by nature: flowers, animals and intricate patterns complete the letters in her alphabet.

She creates these prints combining her love for natural elements and Japanese art. Behind every letter there’s a story: for example, the letter O was inspired by Olivia, the daughter of her best friend.

She wishes that everyone who takes home one of these letter prints inspires her alphabet with more personal stories behind every letter, one for every piece of her beautiful collection and every person who is moved by her art.
