7 Creative Photographers That You Should Be Following For Endless Inspiration
August 19th is #worldphotoday, and we want to celebrate it with you! Of all the international hashtag holidays, world photo day is one of our favorites. There’s just so much magic involved in photography, don’t you think?
To get into the mood of World Photography Day, we’ve put together a shortlist of some of our favorite creative photographers. This is by no means an “ultimate” list, just a little something to get your creative groove going. Furthermore, these photographers will always be an endless fountain of inspiration.
For every photographer (or photographer duo), we’ve included their website and Instagram so you can follow them and get inspired every day of this week.
Burkle and Hagen is a photographer duo that focuses on hyper-realistic food photography. All their images make food look artistic, appealing, perfectly delectable. Their studio is located in Cleveland, Ohio, in the United States, and includes a fully equipped kitchen and bar. Their team welcomes food professionals of every size to get their food professionally photographed.
Follow them on Instagram for regular updates on their work and passions. Bookmark their website for endless food photography inspiration.
2. Marcus Rodriguez
Marcus Rodriguez is a self-proclaimed memory weaver from Oxfordshire, in the UK. His main work is in web design, but his passion for photography has left a mark on Instagram and Flickr. His aesthetic is reminiscent of 18th-century still-life paintings. The props, the lighting, the fruits, it’s all there.
Follow him on both Instagram and Flickr for new photos. Our favorite is the one with the cherries, the wine, and the candle. The reds are super-rich and inviting, don’t you think?
3. Martin Edström
Martin Edström from Stockholm is a different type of photographer. He’s a National Geographic Explorer that uses photography as a medium for immersive storytelling. Using 360 cameras and virtual reality, he creates immersive experiences for big names like Nat Geo and IVAR studios.
Follow his Instagram for up to date releases on his work and a personal look at his day to day still photography. Martin Edström is a source of inspiration for those photographers that dream beyond what they have in front of them.

Robert Clark is an established and recognized photographer based in New York City. His commissions include editorial work for magazines as well as advertising stills.
