Pop culture artists reinterpreted as a series of emojis

Cantor Fine Art is a L. A. Based fine art gallery that has carried out this project of reimagining some of the most characteristic and well-known artists of the contemporary era as if they were the emojis that we use on a daily basis.

Some of the characters depicted are Frida Kahlo, Andy Warhol, Keith Haring and Van Gogh, amongst others.

Some users even request that they make certain emojis, since they are also reinterpreting famous works of art, such as The Girl with the Pearl (also known as the Dutch Mona Lisa), the Creation of Adam by Michelangelo and Pollock’s artwork.
