Nintendo opens Kirby-themed café in Japan with beautifully designed dishes

Nintendo, the video game company, has announced the opening of a Kirby Café in Osaka, Japan, becoming the company’s first official restaurant. Fans of the franchise will be able to enjoy Kirby-themed dishes, drinks and sweets with the face of the famous pink character.

Also, they will be offering exclusive Kirby merchandising for big fans of the saga. But what is really interesting is the work that has been put into the design of these cute dishes. Some of them are reminiscent of Kirby’s universe in the platform game, and others recreate the characters’ faces with yummy ingredients.

Would you like to visit one of these cafés? We don’t know about the taste, but the plates surely look awesome! It’s not the first time that we are amused by people playing with food to create art, and we hope that it won’t be the last!
