Easily Write SEO-Optimize Content Without Knowing Any SEO

To say that coming up with SEO-optimized content is not for a newbie is an understatement. Any seasoned “SEO guy” could list down hundreds of SEO rules that you need to follow to boost your site ranking. Add experience and guts to the mix, and you have a scary water that most newbies would be afraid to dip their toes into.

So what should you do if you are a newbie web owner with near-zero SEO (Search Engine Optimization) knowledge? Spend years of your time to learn SEO? Give up on SEO entirely and just do what you do and hope something would stick? Hire an expensive SEO consultant to help you? Neither of the options is appealing.

Here’s where WebTextTool comes to the rescue. It’s a tool that can help you write SEO-optimize content even if you don’t know any SEO.

Why SEO?

Traffic is the lifeblood of any website. No matter what the purpose of your site is, whether it’s for business or personal, you need traffic to grow. You can publish the best content in the world, but everything means nothing if nobody knows about it.

There are two sources of traffic: paid and free. If you have budgets, you can get instant traffic by placing ads on one of the crowded places on the net. But these kinds of traffic are expensive, and it will stop the moment you exhausted your budget.

Free traffic is more long lasting, and it mostly comes from search engine. If your content is on page one of a search term on the search engine, you are guaranteed the overflow of traffic. The problem is getting on the first page of any search engine is tough.

SEO is the art to get you there, and creating SEO-optimized content is your ticket for the journey.

Crafting SEO-Optimized Content the Easy Way

The basic principle of getting higher in search engine result boils down to one simple rule: good SEO-optimized content. But knowing what to do is different with knowing how to do it. Fortunately, as with everything else today, there’s an app for that.

As promised at the beginning of this article, we are going to look at WebTextTool – a tool that will guide you step by step to write SEO-optimized content, even if you know nothing about SEO.

After registering WebTextTool, you can start your first article by pressing the plus button next to your username at the top right corner of the screen. Choose whether you want to start a page or a project. While a page is where you write your content, a project is where you collect similar content. For example, if you write for your private blog and business blog, you could create two separate projects for them.

When you start a page, you will be taken to the keyword analysis window where you can check whether your chosen keyword is good.

First, select the language that you want to use. Then put in the keyword that you want to use and click the Use my keyword button to use your chosen keyword right away.

Alternatively, you could use the Give Me Suggestion button to get scores and other similar keyword recommendations.

You should use a more specific keyword to get a better suggestion. Too general keywords will give you too broad and useless alternatives. On the other hand, going too specific and you will not get enough good suggestions.

Then before you go to the editing window, WebTextTool gives you the option to import your existing content and analyze it. Just write down the link to your content and click Load. Otherwise, you could click Cancel and start from scratch, or Close & don’t show again if you don’t want to be bothered by this choice ever again.

The Writing

Now we finally reach the writing stage. The online writing stage of WebTextTool is divided into three main areas: the main tools area at the top, the editing area which occupies the larger part of the screen, and the SEO suggestion area at the right side.

As you move along on different parts of your writing, from the Page Title, Page Description, and the Main Content, the SEO sidebar will change accordingly. It will continuously give you suggestions on various SEO topics based on the current best tactics to take your article further down the SEO road.

It will also give you the overall score to paint a picture on how far have you gone and how much more effort that you need to do.

With the assistance of the sidebar, you don’t need to be an expert in the field to churn out SEO-optimized quality content. Just do what the pointers tell you to do, one step at a time, and you are good to go.

Upon saving your article, you will be offered to track the article’s performance in search engine using the Pagetracker.

As a bonus, WebTextTool’s editing tools are better and more complete than most of other web editing tools. And since the editing tool is web based, you could also combine it with Grammarly to help you tackle the grammar side.

Others Cool Tidbits

Other than holding your hands and guide you in creating SEO-optimized content, there are many more things that you can do with WebTextTool. One of the most useful ones is the ability to connect with WordPress via a plugin. By connecting the two, you can access all WebTextTool goodies directly inside your WordPress editor.

You can find and install the plugin via Plugins – Add New menu on the left sidebar of your WordPress admin area. Then after activating it, go to the editor and log in to activate all the tools.

There are also Craft and Joomla plugin available, while MS Word plugin is currently in the work.

Experiencing one of those writer’s block? Use the Inspiration menu to find ideas for your content. Just fill in the keywords, select your language, and hit the Let’s get inspired! button to open the list of possibilities.

Wise men from the past said, “To win the war, know thy enemy!” And the wisdom stays applicable in the virtual world. To know what you’re up against, you can use the Competition menu. The tool will help you get the top competitor domains and keywords so you can better strategize your next move. Just enter the URL of your domain, set the language, and hit Search competitors button.

We barely scratch the surface of what the tool can do. You need to play around and explore to get the maximum benefit. And while WebTextTool is far from the ultimate SEO tool, it can really help you in crafting your search engine friendly content.
