Do Nestea’s new logo and branding live up to the consumers’ expectations?

Nestea is Nestle’s world leading brand in the business of bottled ice tea. But as we all know, when people choose to drink Nestea isn’t because of the health benefits that tea might have, but because of the sweet iconic flavor.

The issue is that with rising concerns about the amount of sugar in processed foods, people are choosing healthier options for drinks, so Nestea has taken this opportunity to reformulate its products and renew the logotype with a fresher one, which aims to be evoking of Nature.

With a new formula, in which they will only use natural sweeteners such as stevia or plain sugar, and a new line of products including real brewed teas, they intend to reposition themselves in the market as a healthier option.
