Graphic designer plays combining completely unrelated products and their logotypes
Mike Stefanini is an illustrator who has been interested by American pop culture during many years, and he has created a series called Brand Mix in which some of the most representative brands of pop culture products have their logos mixed.
He has drawn illustrations of products, such as a Coke can, and has replaced its typical logo with the one of another famous brand, such as Nike. It’s a curious experiment, because we recognize that the logo doesn’t belong to the characteristic packaging presented.
Combining these completely unrelated products, he has produced a colorful, vintage-looking set of fictional products. They are even ironical, like Netflix as the tag on a bottle of medicine pills or tobacco brands in a takeaway box.
