Raymond Rojas went on a trip to Disneyland Paris with his father, and he decided before going that he wouldn’t take the typical photographs that any tourist who brought his camera along would take.
He wanted to capture a whole different side of the amusement park, with a deep approach to what lies beneath the surface of a supposedly happy and cheerful place where worries shouldn’t have a place.
His photographs taken during the 4-day trip to Disneyland turned out really beautiful, but somewhat melancholic and even lonely, at times. But the photos in the “Magic Everywhere” series are still magical, because for some reason you can’t stop looking at them: they seem to tell a lot with very little.
