Hi everyone! Today we bring you a new tutorial showing you an awesome and easy effect on Adobe Photoshop, let`s get started!
What we are going to show you is how to achieve a double color exposure effect. With this simple technique we are able to achieve colorful and stunning images by just combining two photographs.
First of all we will need two pictures, preferentially with a flat background. We got ours from Freepik.com.
Grab one of the photos and drag it on top of the other and double click on it.
The “Layer style” window will pop out.
And now to create the effect, just turn off the different channels to get different results.
You can even turn off more than one channel.
Once you have decided your style, click ok.
So the effect is finished, but I want to make some adjusments.
What I did first is move a little to the left, to change the position. But as you see the edge of the picture comes out, correct this with a soft edged eraser (E).
And we are done!
Now you can try out combining different images, colors, channel placement, compositions… and see how many awesome results you can get.
So, try it out and see you on the next one!
