Stefano Furlani is an artist that grew up in Fano, Italy, which has a beautiful shore covered in all kinds of stones. As a child, he enjoyed searching for particularly shaped stones, or just ones with unusual designs.
As an adult, he still enjoys visiting the beach and finding beautiful stones. But after becoming a father and discovering that it was fun to create simple pictures with his son using stones on the sand, he was fascinated with the idea.
As he developed a skill for selecting and arranging stones, he went on and started gluing them to a wooden base, creating awesome artwork and incredible pictures. Some of them are very simple, but it’s wonderful to see how he found the perfect pieces for his stone puzzles!
