Marie Troïtskaia (Marie Oiseau) is a 21 years old architect who also loves cooking desserts, and she takes direct inspiration from architectural elements to create these amazing treats. Each cake has to undergo a complicated process in its creation.
She plans her cake projects just as she would plan a building: there are sketches, material testing (or tasting!) and choosing molds that sometimes she has to make. She considers both aesthetics and flavor very important elements in her work.
With this incredible ability, she dreams of opening her own pastry shop in Paris someday. This is one of many ways in which people surprise us combining two passions that, apparently, have little to do one with another!
